The day began with an early morning start for all the competitors as the crucial games began.

 

Everything was on the line for the teams as today's results affected who made it into the top positions and being able to fight for a medal. We had some nail-biting results on both girls and boys sides of the tournament.

 

Wales were the outright winners in all four golden sets which were played throughout the day. The seeding began to take shape from the earlier games making the games more competitive. 

 

The Welsh  boys' teams advancing to the final four after their no.1 team of Morgan and Nettley won all three of their golden sets.
